Located on Gabriola Island in the
Northern Gulf Islands, 20 minutes from downtown
Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. This 1000 sq.ft.
cottage has 2 bedrooms and a fully-equipped
kitchen area. With 2 queen size beds and pull-out
sofa, it can accommodate 5-6 persons. All bedding
and towels are supplied and the suite includes a
large laundry room with washer and dryer. A large
yard allows for outdoor activities with garden
furniture and a barbeque. A pleasant 2-minute
walk will bring you to a sandy beach (ideal for
young children) with a beautiful view of
Vancouver's mountain range.The cottage is
surrounded by trees and located 1 lot away from
the beach.
Activities available on Gabriola Island include
golfing, tennis, hiking, swimming, diving, kayaking and fishing.
There is a Farmers Market twice a week featuring the works of
well-known Gabriola artists. Unit includes phone, cable, VCR, BBQ, childrens toys and indoor and outdoor games.
For avid readers appropriate lights are found throughout the
Cottage
Stay for a
week or a weekend (2 days minimum) and explore
this beautiful Island of the Arts. Gabriola has
three Provincial Parks and ancient petroglyphs
